# After 8pm on a weeknight, after 1pm Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays
Pensioners, Health Care Card Holders and students under 16 are Bulk Billed on presentation of government pension and concession cards.
Procedural Fee – A $25 fee is applicable for consumables utilized in the treatment room and $50 for plastering.
MEDICARE CLAIMING
Epicheatlh has the ability to process your account directly to Medicare.
Direct Processing allows you to:
- Pay your account in full at the time of your consultation via cash, EFTPOS or Credit Card
- Receive direct payment either via cheque made payable to the Medicare Card holder who has seen the Doctor, this cheque will be sent from Medicare and you should receive it in approximately 3 weeks or,
- Receive direct deposit of your Medicare rebate into your bank account, monies will be credited to your account within approximately 3 days of your consultation at Epichealth, to receive reimbursement in this way please provide us with your BSB and Bank Account details
