Our lovely practice nurses Brooke & Maddie are brilliant at managing patients’ care and supporting patients young and old with their medical procedures. They are passionate about health promotion and lead many preventative health initiatives for at risk patient groups.
The practice nurses’ role is to support our GPs in the delivery of patient care. Epichealth’s practice nurses have a particular focus on improving the physical, mental and social wellbeing of our patients. They combine their expert clinical knowledge with a warm and caring approach which sees them achieve great outcomes for patients of all ages.

Ashley brings to our team many years of experience in health administration. He manages the clinic and is responsible for maintaining a high standard of patient service. During his time at Yarra Glen, he has listened to the needs of the patients and has taken steps to ensure we improve their experience with us. He prides himself on being available to help whenever he can and has a genuine care for the patients and the team. (We can’t do anything about his sense of humour, we are stuck with that!)

Bulk Billing for Concession Patients
Epichealth recognises the need to provide access to subsidised medical services for the following patients:
– Patients who hold a valid Health Care Card, Pensioner Concession Card or Veterans Gold Card
– Children who are under 16 years of age.
We are pleased to confirm that there will be no gap on consultations for these patients.
Medical Procedures
Nurse Visits
All nurses visits attract a fee per visit to cover the cost of our nurses’ time and incidental medical consumables. This can be discussed with you at your visit.
Payment
All payments are required in full on the day of the consultation. Please present your Medicare Card and Health Care Card to reception on arrival. We accept cash, EFTPOS and credit card (Mastercard or Visa). We do not accept American Express, Diners Club cards or personal cheques.
On the Spot Medicare rebates
Our friendly Reception team will assist you to claim your Medicare rebate on the spot using your Medicare Card.
