We accept all pathology request forms
Whether your pathology request form has been provided by an Epichealth GP or another healthcare provider, our onsite Dorevitch Pathology team can assist you. All pathology request forms are accepted, making it easier for patients to access their required tests.

- Friday: 8:30am – 3:00pm
- Saturday: 9:00am – 12:00pm
Preparing for your pathology visit
When attending your pathology collection appointment, please remember to bring your pathology request form. Depending on the test required, you may also need to follow specific preparation instructions provided by your doctor or on your request form.
