Kara graduated from La Trobe University in 2001 with an Honours degree in Podiatry after completing a Bachelor of Health Science Degree. Kara is registered with the Podiatry Board of Australia and is a Member of the Podiatry Association of Australia (VIC).
Since graduating, Kara has gained experience through her private practice employment and her previous work as a Clinical Supervisor at La Trobe University.
Special interests: Kara has a keen interest in the ageing population, biomechanics and children’s feet. She obtained certificates in Mobilisation and Manipulation techniques of the foot and ankle and Trigger Point Dry Needling of the lower limbs. These further enhance treatment options and help return the patient to full health as quickly as possible.
