Jasmine is an Accredited Practising Dietitian passionate about food, nutrition and cooking. She dedicates her time to volunteer at Eating Disorders Victoria to assist people find the appropriate treatment, practitioners and resources to support them on their journey to recovery.
Jasmine is passionate about the non-diet approach, which moves away from focusing on numbers, weight and BMI and works to improve on health promoting behaviours.
Special Interests: She loves working with women who may have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), endometriosis, infertility, body image issues, pregnant women, and those who may have an eating disorder.
