Erica is a warm and caring rural trained GP who has recently relocated back to Melbourne. She worked as a hospital medical officer at Eastern Health in Melbourne for 3 years before she moved to Kyabram, in where she worked at the Kyabram regional clinic and was also a visiting medical officer to the local hospital and nursing home. Erica enjoys all aspects of general practice, taking holistic approach to care and preventative health. Her special clinical interests include chronic disease management, aged care, weight loss and children’s health. Erica has completed a Diploma in Child Health through the Children’s Hospital at Westmead. Erica can speak Mandarin and Cantonese. Outside of work she enjoys spending good quality time with her 3 kids.
Dr Sharif Zaber

Sharif has been practicing medicine for over 12 years in different roles. He is a rurally trained GP with thorough and caring approach focusing on long term management. He has a passion for patient education and health literacy. He has special interest in chronic disease management, child health, men’s health, mental health issues and skin cancer medicine. He is a fellow of the Royal College of General Practitioners with a Diploma in Child Health from University of Sydney. He is currently seeing patients throughout the week as a full time GP at Epichealth Langwarrin.
Dr Hein Win

Hein graduated from medical school in 2007 and had 5 years working experience in Myanmar (Burma). He started working as a doctor in Australia since 2013. He worked in hospital setting before joining to general practice and having trained as a general practitioner in Northern Territory in past 3 years. He is now a fellow in The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. He also has Diploma in Child Health awarded by Sydney Children Hospital Network. He always approaches the patient in holistic way and his main interest are child health, preventative medicine, men health, dermatological (skin) and minor procedures.

Fernando graduated from La Trobe University with a Masters in Podiatry and is registered with the Podiatry Board of Australia. He enjoys all facets of podiatry, with a special interest in the management of sporting injury and rehabilitation, as well as paediatric related cases. Fernando has experience in working with hospitalised patients that live with chronic conditions – Monash Medical Centre and experience working at a sports clinic.
As a caring practitioner, Fernando follows a holistic approach to each individual case to ensure both the symptoms and cause is addressed. Consultations are thorough and designed to gain a full understanding of the patient as a complete person through the assessment of the body, lifestyle and activities. Patients who see Fernando can expect treatment by an honest and caring podiatrist.

Our lovely practice nurses Renae and Michelle are brilliant at managing chronic disease and supporting our patients young and old with their medical procedures. Both Renae and Joanne are mums and their fun and firm approach to childhood immunisations makes these visits as pain free as possible for our youngest patients.
Giang Nguyen
Practice Nurse
Giang is a friendly and caring registered nurse. She completed her master degree of nursing practice at Monash University in 2016. She worked 8 years in ED in her country before moving to Australia and building up her nursing experience in
general practice in Frankston since 2017. Giang is interested in wound care and immunisation. She is also experienced in managing chronic disease and assisting our GPs in performing medical procedures. Giang believes that an effective therapeutic relationship with patient is a keystone for the nurse to achieve an optimal patient care.

Working as a Clinical Dietitican across private practice, hospital and community health settings Jess is passionate about promoting optimal health for individuals through good nutrition and a healthy lifestyle. She is a university qualified expert in nutrition and provides professional, evidence-based care which is tailored to each individual. With her bright and bubbly personality, Jess strives to motivate and provide friendly advice, helping others to place nutrition and health as a priority in their life. Patients who see Jess can expect simple, practical and sustainable nutrition solutions, whether it be for improved health and well-being or to manage a diet related problem or chronic disorder.
Colette Harrison
Psychologist
Collette is a registered general psychologist, she has completed a Bachelor of Arts with Monash University and a Graduate Diploma in Behavioral Studies in Health Care (Psychology) at La Trobe University. Colette brings over twenty years of experience in working with adults, adolescents and children within community settings and private practice. Her experience has provided her with a wealth of knowledge and the skills to assist individuals to overcome their personal challenges and to move forward with their life.
Colette utilises a strength-based approach to her work with individuals, ensuring that their skills and qualities are acknowledged and enhanced. She works to strengthen family relationships and assists to establish clear boundaries that allow for the optimal functioning of the family Colette utilises skills and techniques to assist individuals to alleviate distress and to work towards the person developing a deeper understanding of themselves. Madeline is our Practice Coordinator and brings to our team 7 years of experience in health administration. Madeline’s background includes 4 years in medical administration at Monash Hospital in their emergency and surgical departments as well as 3 years in private surgical practice. As Practice Coordinator, Madeline leads our reception team and is responsible for maintaining a high standard of patient service. Madeline prides herself on her friendly and professional customer service and her dedication to continued training of our admin staff. Through this training, Madeline ensures our admin team are best equipped to support the needs of our patients.

No Gap Consultations for Concession Patients
Epichealth recognises the need to provide access to subsidised medical services for the following patients:
Patients who hold a valid Health Care Card, Pensioner Concession Card or Veterans Gold Card; AND
Children who are under 16 years of age.
We are pleased to confirm that there will be no gap on consultations for these patients.
Medical Procedures
Medical procedures are privately billed for all patients. Please inquire about the cost of your procedure at the time of booking.
Nurse Visits
All nurses visits attract a fee per visit to cover the cost of our nurses’ time and incidental medical consumables. This can be discussed with you at your visit.
Payment
All payments are required in full on the day of the consultation. Please present your Medicare Card and Health Care Card to reception on arrival. We accept cash, EFTPOS and credit card (Mastercard or Visa). We do not accept American Express, Diners Club cards or personal cheques.

Our friendly Reception team will assist you to claim your Medicare rebate on the spot using your Medicare Card.
