Dr Hui spent 18 years practising as a family physician in Hong Kong. After many years of practice, Dr Hui found that patients education and prevention are crucial to achieve a good health outcome.
Dr Hui has special interest in cognitive health, weight management, chronic disease management and integrative medicine.
In her spare time, Dr Hui enjoys reading, cooking, and singing. She is excited to be settling in Australia and serving her local community.
Dr Ben Stranks

Dr Ben Stranks is a friendly and caring GP originally from Adelaide. He has recently returned from the UK where he has been working as a GP for the last seven years. Ben has a very caring and empathetic approach and his patients find him easy to talk to. Ben has extensive experience in Women’s and Children’s Health (including Paediatric Mental Health) and holds Diplomas in Child Health, Obstetrics and Gynaecology. Ben also has a strong interest in palliative care, aged care and mental health.

Natalie has worked in the health sector for 15 years and has experience in both medical and allied health services. She leads our practice team and is responsible for maintaining a high standard of patient service. Natalie finds it very rewarding to support the clinical and admin staff to get the best outcomes for our patients.
Outside of Epichealth, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going camping and attending outdoor concerts.

A foodie through and through! Originally from Sydney, she started her career in hospitality but wanted to take her love for food to the next level. Lauren decided to pack up and move to Melbourne, Australia’s food capital, to study Food Science and Nutrition. She believes in a client-centred, tailored, evidence based, lifestyle approach with a firm belief that small changes lead to long term results. Lauren is passionate about advocating for her patients nutritional needs. Laurens other dietetic passions include support for weight management, performance nutrition and support for those choosing or required to follow specific diets particularly FODMAP, gluten free, vegan/vegetarian and combinations of these.

No Gap Consultations for Concession Patients
Epichealth recognises the need to provide access to subsidised medical services for the following patients:
Patients who hold a valid Pensioner Concession Card or Veterans Gold Card; AND
Children who are under 16 years of age.
We are pleased to confirm that there will be no gap on consultations for these patients.
Medical Procedures
Medical procedures are privately billed for all patients. Please inquire about the cost of your procedure at the time of booking.
Nurse Visits
All nurses visits attract a fee per visit to cover the cost of our nurses’ time and incidental medical consumables. This can be discussed with you at
your visit.
Payment
1.Teleheath consultation require upfront payment at the time of Booking
2. Some services require Deposits, at the time of Booking.
3. All other payments are required in full on the day of the consultation. Please present your Medicare Card and Health Care Card to reception on arrival. We accept cash, EFTPOS and credit card (Mastercard or Visa). We do not accept American Express, Diners Club cards or personal cheques.
