Dr Ben Stranks
MBChB (Hons), BSc (Hons), DCH, DRCOG, MRCGP, FRACGP
Dr Ben Stranks is a friendly and caring GP originally from Adelaide. He has recently returned from the UK where he has been working as a GP for the last seven years. Ben has a very caring and empathetic approach and his patients find him easy to talk to. Ben has extensive experience in Women’s and Children’s Health (including Paediatric Mental Health) and holds Diplomas in Child Health, Obstetrics and Gynaecology. Ben also has a strong interest in palliative care, aged care and mental health.
Dr Ye Myat Ko
MBBS, MHIM, DCH, FRACGP, AFSCI
Dr Ko studied Medicine in Yangon, Myanmar (Burma) and moved to Australia in 2010 to continue post graduate studies. He spent three years in Gilgandra, NSW while practicing comprehensive rural General Practice and obtained Fellowship of Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2019. He gained invaluable experience in skin cancer surgery and completed the Associate Fellowship of Skin Cancer Institute.
Coming from a rural medicine background, Dr Ko enjoys practicing Cradle-to-Grave Medicine with focus in building trust and strong therapeutic relationships. He has a special interest in helping people realise health and wellness goals by maintaining self-determination and motivation. He is currently doing further studies towards gaining Fellowships in Lifestyle Medicine and Obesity Medicine.
Dr Ko believes in the critical role of medical education for maintaining a quality healthcare workforce. He is participating in supporting rural doctors in Fellowship training program with RVTS (Remote vocational training program) and aiming toward becoming an academic medical educator in the future.
Outside of work, he loves spending time with his wife and daughter. He is an avid supporter of Liverpool FC and Aussie cricket team.
Dr Kim Ha
MBBS, BMedSci, FRACGP
Kim completed her medical degree at the University of Melbourne, graduating in 2013. She worked at various hospitals around Victoria before commencing general practice. She is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. Kim takes a holistic approach to patient care and enjoys working with patients to improve their health outcomes. She has an interest in women’s health, children’s health and chronic disease management.

Fernando graduated from La Trobe University with a Masters in Podiatry and is registered with the Podiatry Board of Australia. He enjoys all facets of podiatry, with a special interest in the management of sporting injury and rehabilitation, as well as paediatric related cases. Fernando has experience in working with hospitalised patients that live with chronic conditions – Monash Medical Centre and experience working at a sports clinic.
As a caring practitioner, Fernando follows a holistic approach to each individual case to ensure both the symptoms and cause is addressed. Consultations are thorough and designed to gain a full understanding of the patient as a complete person through the assessment of the body, lifestyle and activities. Patients who see Fernando can expect treatment by an honest and caring podiatrist.

Our lovely practice nurses Renae and Michelle are brilliant at managing chronic disease and supporting our patients young and old with their medical procedures. Both Renae and Joanne are mums and their fun and firm approach to childhood immunisations makes these visits as pain free as possible for our youngest patients.
Giang Nguyen
Practice Nurse
Giang is a friendly and caring registered nurse. She completed her master degree of nursing practice at Monash University in 2016. She worked 8 years in ED in her country before moving to Australia and building up her nursing experience in
general practice in Frankston since 2017. Giang is interested in wound care and immunisation. She is also experienced in managing chronic disease and assisting our GPs in performing medical procedures. Giang believes that an effective therapeutic relationship with patient is a keystone for the nurse to achieve an optimal patient care.

With her bright and bubbly personality, Jess strives to motivate and provide friendly advice, helping others to place nutrition and health as a priority in their life. Patients who see Jess can expect simple, practical and sustainable nutrition solutions, whether it be for improved health and well-being or to manage a diet related problem or chronic disorder.

No Gap Consultations for Concession Patients
Epichealth recognises the need to provide access to subsidised medical services for the following patients:
Patients who hold a valid Health Care Card, Pensioner Concession Card or Veterans Gold Card; AND
Children who are under 16 years of age.
We are pleased to confirm that there will be no gap on consultations for these patients.
Medical Procedures
Medical procedures are privately billed for all patients. Please inquire about the cost of your procedure at the time of booking.
Nurse Visits
All nurses visits attract a fee per visit to cover the cost of our nurses’ time and incidental medical consumables. This can be discussed with you at
your visit.
Payment
1.Teleheath consultation require upfront payment at the time of Booking
2. Some services require Deposits, at the time of Booking.
3. All other payments are required in full on the day of the consultation. Please present your Medicare Card and Health Care Card to reception on arrival. We accept cash, EFTPOS and credit card (Mastercard or Visa). We do not accept American Express, Diners Club cards or personal cheques.

Our friendly Reception team will assist you to claim your Medicare rebate on the spot using your Medicare Card.
