We’re pleased to welcome Stacey Patrick, Accredited Practising Dietitian, who is now consulting at Epichealth Ocean Grove Marketplace.
With over 10 years of clinical experience across major metropolitan hospitals and regional health centres, Stacey provides personalised nutrition advice and practical support to help people improve their health and wellbeing.
Supporting Your Health Through Nutrition
Stacey has undertaken further training in the management of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and gut health and is Monash FODMAP certified. She also has extensive experience supporting patients with chronic health conditions, including diabetes and cardiovascular disease, as well as dietary and surgical weight management.

What to Expect at Your Appointment
Stacey offers initial and review consultations to provide personalised nutrition advice and ongoing support tailored to your needs.
Initial Consultation – 60 minutes
Your first session involves a comprehensive assessment of your clinical history, current concerns and health goals. You’ll receive individualised recommendations and resources to help you put practical strategies into action.
Review Consultation – 30 minutes
Follow-up sessions provide ongoing support to monitor your progress, adjust strategies as needed and address any new clinical questions or concerns.
