Stacey is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with over 10 years of clinical experience at both major metropolitan hospitals and regional health centres.

She has undertaken further training in the management of IBS and gut health and is Monash FODMAP certified. She also has extensive experience in chronic disease management, including both dietary and surgical weight loss, diabetes and cardiovascular health.

As a mum of two young children, Stacey understands that life can be busy and there are many factors that impact both the way we eat and our health status. Her approach is non judgemental with an emphasis on family friendly, time efficient and sustainable strategies.
