I have gained experience in General Surgery, Paediatrics, Anaesthetics and Ophthalmology after graduation.
I worked in Public Health in Sri Lanka training health care workers in Family Planning, Disaster Management, Maternal Health and resolving Gender Violence and Gender Equality issues. I went to UK in 2009, worked and gained experience in emergency medicine.
I migrated to Australia with my family in 2010, since then I worked in emergency medicine at The Canberra Hospital and Werribee Mercy Hospital.
I started my General Practice career in 2016. Now I am enjoying general practice and not having the constant adrenaline rush in emergency. Although I love the occasional emergency that comes across to us. My interests are Chronic disease management, Paediatrics and Acute medicine.
I love reading, writing and of course a good game of cricket.
